This is Aplos Document Desk. Preview a small batch of invoices, receipts or credit notes for free. This walkthrough uses fictional documents.
Open a source quote to check the extracted value. Review the supplier, dates, currency and totals before marking the document reviewed.
This invoice says zero three, zero four, twenty twenty-six. The date could mean March fourth or April third, so the field stays blank.
We cannot resolve the date from this example, so we exclude the document. It will not appear in the CSV.
The credit note has negative amounts. We check the source, retain those signs, and record a review note before approving it.
Two included documents are now reviewed. The ambiguous invoice stays excluded. The prepare CSV button is ready.
Checkout is nine dollars for the reviewed batch, with up to twenty documents. This demo stops before payment. No purchase was made.
The public fictional CSV example shows document totals, with each currency kept separate. It is not an accounting entry or a combined currency total.
Try the fictional sample at tools dot Aplos A I dot com, slash documents. Check your own files before buying. Extraction can make mistakes.
Extraction and review are free. Export costs $9 once for a batch of up to 20 documents. Check your files before paying.
