What happens to my files?
Photos are processed to make your preview and finished files. Unpurchased previews expire after 24 hours. A pending checkout keeps its files until payment finishes or the checkout expires. Paid files stay available for 7 days.
How do I get my download?
Stripe confirms payment and sends you back here. Your download starts automatically. We also email a private download link to your checkout email. Use Find my downloads if you lose it. Email support if a paid download fails.
Can I change the design?
Adjust the brand, product details, photos and palette before paying. These are fixed layouts, without a drag-and-drop editor.
