What does the $19 include?
One form using either fixed flow, hosted for 30 days after payment, with up to 50 responses. Download individual PDFs and a CSV of all responses during that period. There is no recurring charge.
Where are responses sent?
Responses appear in your private workspace. Refresh it to check for new arrivals. Aplos does not send client reminders or response-notification emails. Your purchase receipt contains your workspace access.
What can I customize?
Your business name, form title and introduction. Choose either project quote intake or client onboarding. Questions branch automatically. Custom fields, file uploads, e-signatures, calculated quotes and CRM connections are not included.
How is data handled?
The people you share the form with can submit details but cannot see other responses. Only your private receipt and browser session grant workspace access. Settings and responses expire after 30 days; you can delete them earlier. Do not collect passwords, card details, government IDs, medical information or legal case details. No AI processing is used.
